If You Change Your Mind
If you want to return a product because you’ve changed your mind, it is no problem. All we ask is that you look after it whilst in your possession and that when you return the product to us, you also let us have as much of the original packaging as possible. Please inform us within 30 days if you wish to return unwanted goods for refund.

For any returned items we would ask you to return the purchase in the same condition that you received it. Adequate packaging helps prevent transit damage for returned items. Any damage incurred during the return will NOT affect your refund but may result in a claim for damage after such a refund is given.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
The above policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
The registered office and managing office addresses are different, so please take care if returning items that they are sent to the correct location.
